Combat Power Ranking
The Combat Power ranking compares every player on the server by combat power. It has no seasons and no entries: the top 1,000 players and the top 50% and 100% receive the stat buffs below for as long as they hold the rank.

How it works
The buffs stack all listed stats and apply while you hold the rank. Falling out of a bracket removes them; climbing into one applies them immediately.
